On my way back to the inn, I stopped at the guild to turn in all of the flowers I found and got a small amount of money.

  With my new information about what god’s gaze I was pnning on looking at the weird information on my other csses, like how to increase the rank of my so-called sealed css. Or maybe unlock my other csses.

  I thought I would be able to do this because I instinctively knew that I could check the details of other skills.

  But I wanted to be in private to do this, since I could talk out loud there.

  And when I got back to the midnight inn, I said a quick hello to Ms. Rachel, only for her to stop me before I went to my room.

  “Oh, someone was asking for you earlier” Ms. Rachel told me.

  “Hmm, what are you talking about, I know 4 people, who could ask for me?”

  “Well, it was someone who works for Henry, and I think that he asked her to help you out”

  “Oh, well what should I do?”

  “The person is staying here, and is in her room right now. I told her that I would tell you that she was looking for you. In fact her room is right next to yours. If you want, just go talk to her” she told me.

  “Thank you for telling me” I said back to her, before I headed upstairs. And when I stood outside of my door, I was tempted to go talk to this person who asked about me. And making up my mind, I knocked on the door right next to mine.

  And a few seconds ter, a girl opened the door. She had interesting hair, blond that gradented to pink, that went down to her shoulders. She had it styled in twin tails as well. Her clothes were a white blouse tucked into a bck skirt, as well as bck thigh high socks and a normal pair of shoes.

  “Um, can I help you?” She asked me.

  “Um, Ms. Rachel told me you were asking for me?” I said.

  “Oh, yes. You must be the person Mr. Henry told me about. Yes” she said, standing straight up. Her appearance was not disheveled before, but after I told her who I was, her atmosphere changed, probably because I was part of her job. “He told me to help you buy some things for your daily life, like new clothes. Or maybe adventurer gear if you need any”

  “Oh, well, I don’t think I need any of that” I said, taken aback.

  “Are you sure? I was told to charge everything to Mr. Henry so it would be completely free”

  This push makes me think. I look down at my old clothes and broken sword. I could use new clothes, and a few other things, like the bag I knew I would need.

  “I could always check that stuff ter…” I say to myself, wanting to take her up on the offer, but also not wanting to continue mooching off of Henry. “Alright” I said, kind of embarrassed by the turn of events.

  “Great, I'm Amelia. Let's get going” she said.

  “Oh, I'm None” I said, as she grabbed my hand and pulled me along.

  I put my sword back in my room and me and this girl headed to the store that Henry runs, and she works. The store was a rge department store with several levels, all specializing in different things.

  First step according to Amelia was clothes. She asked me what I was going to be doing in town, to which I responded that I was going to be adventuring. She then told me that it would be best for me to get both a set of casual clothes, and a set for adventuring.

  Deciding to start with the adventuring clothes, we went to a part of the store that specialized in clothes for adventures. Amelia grabbed a tape measure to make some measurements on my body to find the right sizes for me.

  The set of clothes we decided on was a pin bck shirt with a pair of bck leggings. This made it so I could move easily. The shoes were a pair of heeled boots that were apparently good for any terrain. And stly a long bck coat. I was going to be keeping the coat closed for the most part, since it was made for defense apparently. I also got a pair of gloves.

  Before moving on to casual clothes, we also bought a new sword for me, since mine was very old. It was a pretty basic bck steel sword. The way the coat fell made it so the sword could be hidden while it was sheathed.

  From there we moved on to casual clothes. This was something I wasn’t really excited about, but Amelia seems to be enjoying herself. She picked out a number of clothes and had henry pay for all of them.

  But I did notice something.

  Amelia seemed to be picking exclusively women's clothes. I was going to make a comment about this, but I didn’t really care. I thought for a second that I should care, but knew deep down I did not.

  It was a strange feeling.

  As I was walking behind her, paying little attention, Amelia picked out a lot of stuff, inducing shoes and night clothes.

  “Well, do you think there is anything else to get?” Amelia asked me when she was done.

  “Um, yeah. I need a bag, for carrying things” I told her.

  “Oh, of course. We haven’t left the clothes section since coming up here. Let's go check some out.”

  And we walked over to a different section of the store. The store's yout made sense. One floor had all of the adventure stuff. That was where we bought the clothing and sword from. Then there was the actually clothing section, where we were leaving.

  There was a pce for food. Another for furniture. And stly the more miscelneous section.

  Looking around I saw a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need. And then I found the backpacks.

  “So, none of these have dimensional storage capabilities, which isn’t great. But those can’t be mass produced so they are made to order. I don’t think we can get away with having Henry pay for one for you” Amelia said.

  “This is fine. Its just for caring stuff I get while hunting monsters or finding herbs or pnts” I say, looking them over. There I found an over the shoulder bag that I thought would look good with my newly bought coat.

  “That one should work” Amelia said, grabbing it from the shelf. ‘And with this, you are all done?” she asked.

  “I believe so. But you did pick out a lot of things for me, and I don’t think I can take those all right now” I said, concerned about all of the clothes.

  “Don’t worry. I’ll grab a few things for you to take right now, and the rest will be packed up and delivered tomorrow” Amelia told me.

  “Oh, great” I said.

  And with that, the two of us went back to the inn, then went our separate ways. Walking back into my room, I had a rge amount of new things. I put all of the clothes into the dresser in the room I was given. I left out clothes to sleep in, a basic set of pajamas, somewhere between girly and unisex.

  I took a shower and got changed, getting ready to go over all of the stuff I want to take notes on.

  The first thing I do is open my status again, and pull up the first css I had, my ruler of wisdom css

  A unique css held by only one being in all of the multiverse. It exists beyond all limits of any system. It can not be interfered with in any imaginable way. It is the css of the one who witnesses all things, who wishes to see all things, who wants to know all things.

  The css description is pretty nice, and with it, I understand a little better of who I am. With that, I do move on to the skills.

  Active Skill - God’s Gaze(SSS+)

  The strongest of all appraisal and detection skills. All within the field of vision, you can see there truth. You can gaze though illusion, see heat, magic, and the flow of all. None can escape the gaze of a god.

  This made sense, being my appraisal and identification variant.

  Passive skill - Detection Negation(SSS)

  You can not be detected by any skill that is lower or the same tier

  Passive Skill - Appraisal Negation(SSS)

  You can not be appraised by any skill this is lower or the same tier

  Both made sense, stopping others from knowing about me.

  Active Skill - Manifestation of the Old Ones(SSS)

  Your senses become that of an old god, seeing whole worlds, hearing all within a world, feeling even the slightest of changes, and tasting all. Do not use it if you are unprepared.

  This one seemed interesting, increasing the range and sensitivity of all of my senses. Could be cool with detection and the search function of God’s Gaze.

  You instantly learn all nguages spoken by sapient entities.

  PAssive Skill - Universal reading Comprehension(SSS)

  You Instantly can read any nguage meant to be read

  Both made since again, being what allows me to talk to people, even if I didn’t learn the nguage they spoke.

  Passive Skill - Knowledge of Ages(SSS)

  Your memory never fades. Even if all of the identity is destroyed, some knowledge will always remain to protect the user.

  This was the most important of any skill I had. It also gave me a huge hint towards what happened to me.

  Trying to read this one, I can’t make anything out. It gives me a headache to even look at, like it was one of the csses from the bottom of the list.

  But I don’t think I really need to know what it does right now. But the other skills seemed to be extremely helpful.

  With Ruler of Wisdom done, I move on to the only other css I currently have access to.

  Thinking that the first line would be treated as one thing, and wanting to look at the seal st, I checked the skill first.

  Increase Skill with the sword to 100%

  This seemed to make sense from what Tessa told me. This skill makes me skilled with the sword. It was also my only skill that wasn’t SSS tier currently.

  Then I moved on to the Css.

  The first step of all those who wield the sword. You can follow many paths going forward, but one thing will always remain. You will always have a sword.

  “Got it” I say to myself, fully lying back on my bed. I understood a lot more about myself, and knew how I would grow going forward.
