Ingredients

  2 oz. apple brandy

  2 oz lemon juice

  1oz club soda

  0.5oz simple syrup

  0.5oz vanilla extract

  0.5oz Bailey's Irish Cream liquor (for float)

  0.125 tsp cinnamon sugar

  0.125 tsp nutmeg

  Building the cocktail

  Combine all ingredients except club soda and Irish Cream. Stir. Add club soda, stir very gently to combine. Float Irish Cream liquor to resemble the head on a beer.

  Garnish and presentation

  Serve exactly as you would a beer, for example, in a pilsner glass, pint glass or stein. Frozen mugs also work. Garnish with a lemon wedge, as a beer, or not at all.
