Crytos was a just and benevolent king. His people loved and adored him. The love that the citizen of his kingdom had for him was even more than what they had for the gods. This made the gods angry, they thought that Crytos was slitting them, so they sought to punish him for his action. The gods were young and arrogant, and this should in their actions. They curse Crytos to live forever and to always fall in love just to have them taking away from him.
