Hello, guys! It's been a while since I made this kind of Author's Note here.

  As you can tell, Twin Minds' second arc is almost coming to a close. I'm surprised I made it this far despite the complications due to working two stories at the same time as well changing release schedule from weekly to biweekly to accommodate my chaotic schedule. I've learned a lot from writing this story and learning my mistakes along the way. This was my very first dark entry of my original stories and I'm surprised how much progress was made for about a year now.

  With that said, I want to make some announcements regarding the future of Twin Minds.

  It's a bit difficult to announce this, but the last chapter of Twin Minds' Arc 2 will be the last chapter of "Book Zero". If you're not a Patreon, I want to let you guys know that Twin Minds have already finished with the last chapter and Epilogue uploaded into my Patreon. Which means Twin Minds is almost coming to a close in a few weeks.

  Why "Book Zero"?, you may ask? Because I'm planning a soft reboot of the story, this time with proper introduction to the world of Monochroma along with new elements into the story.

  I won't lie, I've made many mistakes when writing this story. From plot holes to changes to several plot details, it's not my good story so far. I'm not satisfied with the story beats in the two arcs and the plot twists made me and most of you confusing. Even I agree with the current ratings of 2 in a half as of this writing. While I can't promise to reboot the whole story entirely, I want try writing this story with the proper tags this time so you guys can have a good time reading Aster and Vander's adventure ahead.

  On that note, Book Zero will still be here as its original title, "Twin Minds: Demonic Rebirth". Which means Book 1 of Twin Minds will be returning with a new subtitle to reflect these changes. I still haven't think of the new version of Twin Minds yet, but I know it will be vastly different from "Demonic Rebirth". There will be a lot of changes in terms of characters and worldbuilding. But it's necessary to fix some mistakes I made while introducing new concepts that would make things more natural and less confusing to the new and old readers. There's also a chance I might release it under a new work in Royal Road, but we'll see about that when it happens.

  Regardless, I have some regrets with the character development and plotlines that made it too confusing. I understand the low ratings, but I won't blame anyone but myself for it. Twin Minds will become a consistent story once I get my bearings together. I just need the right motivation to help me get through it.

  Don't worry, this isn't the last time you see Aster and Vander. Their story is just began and I will do everything to see it through till the end.
