Topher awakens to a barren world with no memory of who he is or how he got there. Unbeknownst to him, he has been split into three distinct versions of himself: the mind, unshackled by emotion and hormones; the body, a blank slate navigating the physical world; and memories, scattered across fragile scrolls that hold the echoes of his past. Together, they are the subject of a cosmic wager between three divine patrons—Red, Blue, and Black—each vying to prove their ideal of strength, intellect, or harmony is supreme.
