Unlike Kevin's previous world, where most parts of the world cared very little about r*pe by women, especially when the victim was a twenty-year-old adult male.

  In this world where the population of men weren't up to that of women, and where 40% of them suffered from impotency, the rate at which women committed offences against men like stalking, sexual harassment and r*pe was very high.

  To prevent the extinction of men who could not bare to tolerate these offences, the government decided to take action on behalf of the victims by giving the women appropriate punishment.
