Chapter Two

  Chapter Two

I woke to the gentle touch of the sun's rays on my fur, warming me from within. Stretching and yawning, a grumble from my stomach jolted me into action. My ears perked up and my nose twitched as I set off in search of food and water. Discovering a nearby stream, I eagerly dove in, cleansing my silver pelt of any dirt or mud. Emerging, I basked in the sunlight, reveling in the peaceful moment.

Gazing at my reflection in the water, I observed a young silver-gray wolf with powerful silvery claws and teeth, adorned with white and silver dragon horns on my brow. My midnight blue eyes sparkled with flecks of silver, and a wolfish grin spread across my face. Around my neck was a black collar. Content with my appearance, but confused about the collar, I soaked in the warmth of the sun before the growling in my stomach urged me to hunt.

Tracking down my prey, a jackalope, I pounced with instinctive precision and tore into it with my powerful fangs. Savoring the taste of my meal, I felt a sense of satisfaction wash over me.

I decided not to go back to that bush. Instead, I found a cozy cave to sleep in. As I settled into a patch of soft green moss, I felt an instinctual need to call something up. It was my profile.

I’m a True Draconic Fenrir of the Storm? Well, that explains the horns. I should try to evolve, I think. It is probably a good idea. And what is this about Sealed Memories? Eh, I’ll figure it out later.
