  Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8114 is to be kept entertained in some format at all times, and held in a Standard Humanoid Containment Cell type M. Two D-class that are relatively knowledgeable of TTRPGs are to be on standby at all times, and be ready to respond in the event that SCP-8114 requests a “game night”, and are not to be terminated until SCP-8114 designates them as “non-players”, at which point replacements are to be sent. During times where this is not possible, SCP-8114 is to be tested with other SCP entities at least once per day (refer to Addendum 8114.1 for list of suggested scenarios).

  Description: SCP-8114 changes form often (see Addendum 8114.2 for a list of recorded appearances). SCP-8114 will often play tabletop games such as D&D. The entity appears to dislike when their sessions are interrupted, but behaves in a manner similar to a friend understanding that the player has other things to do. Notably, SCP-8114 will become increasingly agitated the more often they are interrupted, but this method of irritation has yet to result in any violent behavior. SCP-8114 will provide figurines, food, water, tables and other furniture or beverages as needed for the comfort of the players.

  Addendum 8114.2

  SCP-8114 seems to not fully understand how to create realistic appearances, and has on numerous occasions shown irritation at its lack of ability to “sculpt a body that looks real”. They have been seen manipulating the room for the brief moments the recording equipment takes images such as these, but these changes appear to be cosmetic and have not been present for longer than approximately 0.9 seconds in any recorded case.

  Preface: SCP-8114 has requested people to play D&D with, and requests permission from lead researcher _____ to provide them lodgings, food and water for the duration of the campaign. Permission was granted, and D281 and D282 were given a players manual to refresh their understanding of the game.

  Observation Notes: SCP-8114 set up a standard ‘session zero’ for the players (D281 and D282). The campaign was set in medieval europe, and featured the ‘players’ defeating or containing various anomalies, in reverse order of appearance:

  Multiple entities descriptionaly identical to the ‘typhon’ species in the game ‘Prey’, specifically the ‘moon shark’, multiple ‘phantoms’, multiple ‘mimics’, and ‘the nightmare’. See addendum 8114.4

  The campaign ran for 3 weeks. During the campaign, the figurines of the enemies and players behaved as though they were living creatures in their situations, and the map was created in three dimensions. D281 and D282 are designated as anomalous when within the containment cell of SCP-8114 due to gaining the ability to directly control the figurines with the respective abilities of their classes.

  Addendum 8114.3

  The entity referred to as “the gargantuan leviathan” was supposedly scaled down by around one hundred times (according to SCP-8114) for the figurine model.

  The figurine, which was not removed at the request of Dr. _____, measures 50 meters long, 5 meters wide at the middle and weighed thirty thousand tonnes, yet seemed to cause no damage to the floor (just the scales and loose objects it was placed on).

  SCP-8114 said that the Gargantuan Leviathan the figure was made of was only prey to one creature, and emphasized quite heavily how large the real creature is. Specifically, SCP-8114 said that the actual creature was over 5 kilometers long, and weighed at least 3 million tonnes. SCP-8114 did explain that, if needed, it could create a full scale version of the Gargantuan Leviathan, or even its predator, though it also stated that it would be reluctant to do so until proper containment procedures were already in place, due to the aggressive nature of these creatures. Supposedly, the creatures in question lived further than 10 kilometers below the surface.

  The following interview is considered a memetic hazard of negligible strength, but caution is advised if reader or listener has any past ties to Dr. ___. Any person who reports an “itching inside their skull” is to be admitted to the medical ward for evaluation.

  SCP-8114 materialized within SCP foundation site [REDACTED], and stated that so long as it was “having fun or entertained”, it would not breach containment or attempt to aide other SCP’s to breach containment.
