"Miss, think of the clan. Your father is only doing this for your own good."

  "I know Old Jing, but I don't want to marry the Fen Clan's famous wastrel. Everybody knows that he is a good for nothing that just abuses the power of his father. I would be fine if it was his older or younger brother by why him out of all the young masters."

  When Old Jing heard this, he sighed. The Young Mistress, Mei, was a beauty in the Mei Clan so she was sought out by a lot of hot-blooded teens and the Fen Clan had quite a close relationship with them, so her father arranged a marriage with the Fen Clan, but it was the 3rd young master of the Fen Clan that was chosen for her, and he was a well-known wastrel.

  "I know Young Miss but going out in the woods would do nothing to help your situation. Why don't we go back to the clan house so we can discuss this with your father."

  "Hmph, I know. I just wanted to take a stroll to vent out my anger."

  "Then let's go back quickly, you know the forest is dangerous."

  "Stop trying to scare me with stories like that, I'm not a kid anymore."

  While the Young Miss was throwing a tantrum, they heard a rustle and Old Jing moved Infront of the Miss while keeping her safe. While they were staring at the bush that was making that noise, a tattered man walked out from the bush. He was dirty and his face full of blood and grease.

  "Stop! Stay where you are or else face the consequences."

  Shouted Old Jing to the stranger who looked at them with a face full of exhaustion and relief.

  "I mean no harm. I've been trapped in this forest for so long and I just couldn't help myself when I heard that there were other humans here."

  The stranger talked quickly while standing still. Old Jing scrutinized the man, but he couldn't feel any aura from him so he should be a mortal, but his intuition kept telling him something was wrong.

  "Old Jing why don't we just take him with us he looks quite pitiful."

  The Young Miss asked Old Jing with a face full of pity against the disheveled man

  "Young Miss, you mustn't believe everyone just because of what they say, if he really is what he says he is then it would be impossible for him to be alive, and even if he was able to stay alive, he should have a lot of wounds on him but although he looks dirty, he has no wounds on his body."

  Old Jing quickly reprimanded the Young Miss and then stared at the stranger while asking.

  "Why are you out here by yourself?"

  "I was travelling with a Young Master, but we were attacked by a beast horde, and I only survived by sheer luck. I've been lost ever since the attack and only able to survive on my rations and foraging."

  While Old Jing was going to decline the suspicious stranger, he suddenly moved. Old Jing went of full alert and ready to fight but what he saw next was confusing. The man walked and bowed towards the Young Miss while pleading with her to take him with them.

  The Young Miss, naive and innocent took a step forward to tell the stranger to lift his head up and when he did, he struck with fast precision that Old Jing could barely see, he could only pull the Young Miss back while taking the attack for her. He felt a pain in his chest, and he looked down and saw the stranger's fist was inside his chest and when he pulled out his hand it was holding a crushed heart.

  The stranger who was talking to Old Jing and the Young Miss was Romulus who had finished his Class advancement toward {Rogue} and used his new ability [Sucker Punch] on Old Jing dealing a lethal blow to him.

  "Thank you, you made things a lot easier with your death."

  Romulus said in a monotone voice as he stared at Old Jing's corpse. He originally wanted to take the Young Miss hostage and threaten Old Jing but with his death it made things a lot easier. He then stared at the Young Miss who had a pale face full of shock as she stared at Romulus throwing the heart of her attendant who she knew since she was a child.

  "You monster, why would you do this! We were going to help you get out of this forest already."

  She shouted at Romulus face full of tears.

  "Yes, I do want to get out of this forest so I originally planned on just following you guys out, but when I heard the conversation between the two of you, I knew you had a lot of value if I threatened your family so you can only blame your status."

  As Romulus said this his figure disappeared like a ghost and he was behind the Young Miss who only saw a palm strike to her face before she passed out.
