“What the hell were you three thinking!?” Uncle Gideon yelled at Aria, Jessica and me. “Causing a scene like that in public? I have the nerve to write all three of you up for this!”
He was mad since Aria kinda put a man's head through a table at a public cafe because he was trying to attack me.
“He was trying to attack Zenith, I stand by it” is all she has been saying in her defense.
“You are lucky his guild isn’t mad about any of this, and he is too embarrassed about everything” Uncle gideon said, calming down.
In truth, there was basically nothing he could do against Aria, but Jessica and I would be screwed. An official write up stops us from doing a few things, which would include participating in the dungeon investigations.
“You can all leave, just don’t cause any more problems for a little” he said, ending the discussion, ssh him yelling at us, and we left his office. As we walked away, I personally apologize to Jessica for dragging her into this.
“Hey, I'm sorry for you being a part of this. I definitely didn’t see any of this happening” I told her.
“...” she didn’t say anything as we walked away. But a few seconds ter, she burst out ughing. “HAHAHA, you don’t have to apologize. I should be thanking you for standing up to him” She said.
“What?” I said, confused by her response.
“Yeah, god I wanted to punch him in his smug face. We used to be friends, but ever since he got combat intrinsic skill, he started acting like he was better than the rest of us. To the point he started harassing me and making mean comments to Micheal and Ryan” She expined. “The homophobic comments were the st straw for me. And since he left our group, he’s just been spreading horrible rumors about us at school”
“... Ryan and Micheal are gay?” I said under my breath, totally not seeing that before. “Wait, he was harassing you?” I said louder, thinking about what he said.
“Yeah, he kept treating me like his property and asking me on dates, and being super controlling. Which was messed up since we never even went on one date. He just thought that since he was stronger, he could do whatever”
“Man, I'm sorry you had to go though that” I said. “But I'm guessing he isn’t going to be trying anything soon” then a few seconds ter I added, “Or he's plotting his revenge as we speak”
“This isn’t a revenge novel Zenith. He is plotting his revenge. He's lucky if he doesn’t have a concussion” Aria said, interpreting our conversation. She has been very silent since I yelled at her in the cafe for blowing up like she did.
“Oh, I should thank you as well” Jessica said. “I didn’t realize that Zenith's sister was an S rank Hunter. Thank you so much, Ms. Aria”
“Your welcome, though I didn’t even notice you when I did it. But anything for a friend of Zeniths” Aria said.
“Well, I should get going. I still have homework for school to do. Zenith, I will call you when we work out a time for you to help us train. ANd thank you both again” Jessica said, going in a completely different direction.
With that, Aria and I left the association and went home to work on my pn to help her and Anthem in the new dungeon.
But Aria asked me one thing before we left.
“Zenith, why are all your friends cute girls?”

“So, here you go” Aria said when we got home. What she handed me was a small red marble, known as a skill orb.
When I pick it up, I break it and get a system notification.
Fire Resistance Lv.1 Was learned!
With this, I have the new skill. And thanks to the clearing a few new dungeons for the association, and my training in the dungeons, I have around 10,000 SP to spend on new skills. Since it is a basic skill, it only takes 5,500 SP to get all the way to level 10.

Fire Resistance Has Changed to Fire Immunity Lv.Max
This was the ultimate goal of what I was working for. The resistance skills for specific elements become the immunity skill.
Ultimately that dosen’t mean you wouldn’t actually be immune to the damage, it just wouldn’t deal any extra damage to you, and you would be immune to the terrain.
Lets say you have ice immunity, and someone attacked you with an ice sword. You would still be hurt by the sword, but you wouldn’t be hurt by any freezing effect from the sword.
Same goes for magic.
For Fire immunity, you don’t get hurt by the burn caused, on top of taking less damage of course.
After I max the skill, I open up Absolute creation and choose an armor piece.
Legendary Defense Cloak - Mp:10,000 - Defense +5000
Under it is asked if I want to add any magic and I add the fire immunity skill.
Legendary Cloak of Fme Immunity - Mp:25,000 - Exp 1000 - Defense +5000, Grants Fire Immunity Lv.Max
And I create the first one for the two of them.
“Here you are” I sat, handing over the cloak to Aria. It was a reddish brown poncho looking item, with no hood. “I didn’t know specific magics would change what the item looks like, but it should work perfectly. THough the stats aren’t great to any item you should be using”
“That's fine. Your skill is still low level, and I have other defensive items. But being able to mass produce immunity items like this is still really strong”
“I don’t know about mass produce, I have to wait an hour to make the next one, that took almost all of my mp to make”
“Cool, then in an hour I can have mine” Anthem said. “ANd thanks for doing this Zenith, it means a lot you are thinking of us like this”
From there we waited for the next hour and I made Anthems for him. It turned out just like Aria’s.
“I should also make another sword for Anthem with Light magic on it” I say, thinking ahead.
“Are you worried about us?” Anthem asked while we were waiting for the second time. The item I was making was a sword like the one I made for Aria a few days ago.

It showed what skill I derived Light Magic from which was cool. This was the strongest. It seems every level I had it it let me add +.1 to the skill level, maxing at +1.
The sword I made for Aria was identical, except it was for dark magic.

When the time passed, I made the sword. It came out a pure white metal with yellow crystals seemingly growing from the middle, creating the bde. It was a complete inverse to Aria’s which was a bck metal with purple crystals.
Both looked very cool, and made me decide what to make on my own, but I didn’t have time right now.
“So, Zenith, we have to pack for our trip. We leave early tomorrow” Anthem told me, noticing I was trying to keep them from packing.
I was sad that they and mom and dad had to leave for this, but understood why. In truth, I had never spent the night home alone. Aria or Anthem would always be here with me, and I was quite nervous about this.
I was definitely old enough though.
“I get it. I'll make dinner for us, and you guys pack "I say, walking away from them to make dinner.
Later that night, mom and dad came home to a home cooked meal prepared by me. We went over everything for the trip during dinner and they told me again to be careful being home alone.
It was a nice diner to have with them.
And the next morning, they woke me up before they all had to head to the air port. I wished them all luck.
And they were off.
