unkown shaman

Working for my uncle as an assistant has its ups and downs. Being a priest, money is tight. We mostly thrive off donations, but sometimes we get funerals, exorcisms, and the occasional home cleansing.

What makes this difficult is his hobbies. Sometimes, he would spend our money on gambling, other times on women at clubs. The only upside is that he does not see value in computers, so e-girls are not a problem yet.

With all his issues, we often do sound like the other day we caught wind of a dead homeless man becoming a flesh spirt. If it managed to take over all of its dead flesh, the Spirit would have full access to the world.

Many priests gathered to seal the Spirit. But at the ritual's climax, we were interrupted by a schoolgirl skipping css.

When the Spirit was about to enter the sealing vessel, she appeared out of nowhere with a loud noise. Then, she startled us and allowed the Spirit to get away. If that were all, I would call it a loss and keep an eye out. We were ter approached by her father, who was a mess.

He hadn't slept in days. His eyes were very dead; I would not be surprised if he were on his st legs. When he came to us, he expined he thought his daughter contracted a rare illness. But after seeing many doctors, he's found no answers. In his own words, reaching out to a priest was more a desperation than anything.

Expining her symptoms, we found them familiar, meeting the girl we knew had the flesh spirit.

Uncle did what he could, but we could not save her. I apologized to the father and offered to visit occasionally. I kept my promise and frequently visited her, but each time, she only got worse and worse. My heart could barely handle what I was seeing, but I knew I had to. The moment the girl passed, I had to make it my responsibility to seal away that evil Spirit before more good suffered at its hands.

Today marks my 15th visit. I estimate that, well, then in a couple more weeks, she'll pass, and I can clean the Spirit and hopefully put the father's pains to rest as I knock on the door. I wait patiently for him to answer. To my surprise, not only is he looking better than the st time I saw him, it was clear that he had just showered listening for Al Lou because my first impression of him as someone who deeply cared for his child and wouldn't quickly recover when they went such a poor condition nor from their death.

I tried to take a moment to piece it together. What's going on? He's either had time to move on. Has remorse, or has something changed between the st time I visited and now? I tried to apologize for taking so long to see you. Once more. My greetings. He thanked me for constantly visiting and did not resent me for taking my time. When I asked to come in and see his daughter's needs, he refused and said there would be no need for that anymore.

My heart started to panic. If what he said is true, there could only be one reason for it: throw that past sooner than we predicted, but that makes no sense. He should have been in more disarray or at least heavily injured if that was the case. The flesh Spirit ciming the world's life would only proceed to it ciming her body, and you send it on a rampage consuming more flesh until it becomes an invincible monster, but I can't see any signs of this.

I expressed my confusion about his ck of need for me to care for his daughter. It's poor condition to see if I can get answers. He smiles and gestures for someone behind him to come and jimmy. At first, I was confused about who could put my concerns at ease only to be shocked. The girl was a bit disheveled, quite pale, and there were a bit of dark circles around her eyes, but she was no longer mutating, and I could barely sense any cursed energy pouring off her.

Even more confused. I asked him to expin what was going on. There should have been no way that she could recover. To my surprise, he offered me some tea and asked me to come in. He then proceeded. I'd expined from the beginning that after Aiden reached his wits' end and feared for his daughter's demise, a rather sleazy individual approached him. Well, not him, particurly his co-workers who run a trust fund company with him. This Lacy individual had contacted me, but they couldn't make any decisions with him out. They expressed that his daughter wasn't well and feared it would be sometime before they could make any significant Business decisions. Then the guy said that he knew who could help.

They were a bit skeptical about the man's cims, but he said this person was a miracle worker who could make it happen. This man then, no doubt, had his assistant reach out to the person in question and schedule an appointment. The man waited for this mysterious person to come, and when he finally did, he wasn't very impressed.

The person the sleazy guy sent was nothing special: a blonde-haired delinquent with a bandana, a green jumpsuit that wasn't even zipped up, and a blue t-shirt. He was carrying around a tool bag and looked for all concerned parties like someone ready to fix a car rather than a hell of a child through a spiritual event.

Nothing about the man voted confidence to him, and he was worried that this was just a massive scam he had fallen into in desperation, but then the man started to express spiritual powers. At first, he removes the supernatural mutations covering his daughter's body. Then he gave a nervous ugh like it was nothing special, only for his hand to mutate like his daughter, only this time there was a mouth that spoke incomprehensible words. The man casually ughed it off and suggested the father bring him his tool bag. The father obliged but could not fathom what mechanics tool would help him.

The strange shaman told him this was perfectly normal while pulling out some peculiar banded wrapping from his tool bag. From the angle he was standing, you could see a few different strange shamanic tools in the tool bag. The man casually wrapped his arm in the strange bandages, which seemed to have some otherworldly nguages written in a funny-smelling bck ink.

Once he advantaged up the problem told the man to have a nice day and left before receiving any form of payment after 3 days had passed, his daughter started to recover + 1 being more and more active each day. She eventually started eating and was recovering smoothly. Even the doctors couldn't find anything wrong. The sleazy guy that introduced him to us soon reached back out concerning the deal regarding trust funds he wanted to before suggesting that the problem should have been resolved by now.

After agreeing and setting up an appointment for them to meet, he stated that he needed to discuss payments for his shaman friend's services.

Experience I couldn't help but freak out, but I didn't show it. His daughter's recovery was good news, but the fact is that a wild German appeared in their city. It's not common knowledge, but shamans are bad news. A thousand years ago or so, a group of shamans thought it was a good idea to make a temple and dedicate it to Spirit research, which resulted in pool experiments on different individuals and creating very dangerous spirits that went rampant throughout cities.

Because of the shaman's behavior, the other priests, exorcists, and anyone else with spiritual powers in the area all band together to suppress the shamans, ciming all their research creations and eventually executing the shamans in question after the shamans within looked down upon them.

After praying for the daughters to recover and congratuting the father, I returned to my uncle's shrine to tell him what was happening. I expined to him about the shaman, the dangers, and everything, but he just shrugged it off like it was nothing worth worrying about. He then expined that both shamans were a special case and that not all shamans are evil. He is a friend who's a showman. He then nonchantly said that he had computer csses to take for a new venture he was excited about. For some reason, the idea of him taking computer csses made me more concerned than the idea of a shaman Lewis in the City. Life has never been more difficult.
