It’s morning. Everyone is in the hallway before their classes start. Tori goes through her locker and gets out what she needs. Jade walks by.

  “Tori!”

  Jade interrupts her with a kiss. She holds her phone to take a picture of them kissing.

  “What’s going on? Is this because of the Super Bowl party that we all had at my place? Did you not kiss me enough?”

  Jade strokes Tori’s face. “Please?” She says in a soft voice.

  Tori giggles. “You know, I can get my answer later.”

  Cat comes in. “What about #Gaytorade?” She starts to laugh. Others look at her. “Because you two are gay and sometimes like sports drinks.”

  “Oh. There’s a couples’ competition going on because Valentine’s Day is this week.”

  Beck sighs. “Trina, would you like to date me for this challenge?”

  “Yes!”

  “How about Trina asks you out instead?” Jade says.

  “This sounds dumb, but it also sounds kinda cute.” Jade says.

  “A little bit. But worms though?

  “Where’s André, Beck?” Trina asks

  “He’s bringing in his date. He says he’s not doing the challenge, but she is a cute girl.”

  “Yet.” Jade and Trina say.

  André walks in with his date.

  Beck asks “Same girl from last time? The one who kept kissing you before you could say her name?”

  “Well, I picked the movie, so we’re watching it. Back me up, Robbie. You’re my boyfriend.”

  Robbie and Cat come out of the theater crying.

  “They still loved each other!” Trina yells. All of the girls and Robbie huddle together while crying. Then, Tori and Jade, along with Robbie and Cat, take pictures and post them on TheSlap.

  “Beck, get in the shot.”

  “But all that happened in the end was that they turned into worms and lived the rest of their lives. It didn’t even have a good plot. I understand Robbie’s sensitive, so I’ll give him a pass. But I doubt André—”

  André wipes a tear away from his eye. His date is also crying.

  Tori wipes her face. “Let’s go to the food court.”

  Beck yawns. “I can’t believe that this is only Monday.”

  “And how was it, Beck?” Jade asks.

  “Well, at first, I wasn’t interested. But then a woman made me feel bad and I ended up buying Trina and me matching scents.” He says.

  “I’ll be home with Jade, Trina. She’ll drop me off.”

  “We’re doing more pictures and making a video that Tori wants to do.”

  Everyone goes their separate ways and it’s now Tuesday and they are eating at the Asphalt Café.

  “You get attracted to Tori and Jade when you’re tired.” Cat says.

  “Let’s take a nap. Cat and I will be together and you can be by yourself.”

  They take a nap during their free period and they are now in the Blackbox Theater for an acting class.

  “We should have an intervention.” Robbie says.

  The bell rings and everyone else leaves. Tori and Trina find the others and sit with them in the audience seats.

  “Yeah.” She takes a basketball out and then pops it with her scissors. She starts squeezing the air out with her thighs. “I don’t know how my competitiveness got me thinking of you like that I’m sorry I kissed you like that.”

  Tori takes a deep breath. “Lower.”

  Now Jade gets lower and starts to suck until Tori cums. The two are now looking at each other and smiling.

  “I love you so much, Tori!” They kiss and walk out of the room. They go to the living room and see Jasper with Onyx and Opal. “Jasper, let’s do arts and crafts!”

  “Alright! Tori, Jade never said stuff like this before!”

  “I guess she should’ve fu … I mean, she should’ve dated me sooner.”

  Meanwhile, Trina is at Beck’s RV.

  “Beck, you know how much I want to win.”

  “Somehow, it seems like you want this more than me. Is this about Jade?”

  “Are you upset about Tori dating her?”

  “Do you hate Jade?”

  “I think I hated dating her. I don’t think I hate her though. I still think she deserves friends.”

  “Do you actually want to date me?”

  “I don’t know. You’re pretty. But maybe it’s because it would’ve been too soon. Do you want to continue this competition?”

  “Yes, but that’s not why I’m here. I just want to make sure this isn’t affecting anyone.”

  “You know, you’re taking this seriously. You’re sounding like a real girlfriend.”

  “I know. I just wanted to hear you say it a second time. Come on, we’re still doing this.” She takes his hand and drags him out of his RV to go on a date. Beck laughs as she takes his hand. Meanwhile, at Robbie’s house, Robbie is cooking for Cat.

  “What’s cooking?”

  “You know that song I sang for you?”

  “The one I didn’t appreciate enough? Wait!”

  “Spaghetti!”

  “Will there be meatballs?”

  “There will!” He shows her the meatballs.

  “Yay!”

  “You want to help? You are the Italian in this relationship?”

  “Okay! Add this. My Nona would do that.”

  “Maybe we can cook like this if we get married.”

  “Yeah!”

  “I love you, Cat!”

  “I love you, Robbie! And we’re gonna beat everyone!”

  “I’ll strain the pasta.”

  “I’ll stir the sauce. How are the meatballs?”

  Robbie checks on them. “They’re done. I’m glad we’re doing this meat date.”

  Cat gets plates and puts the spaghetti on followed by the sauce, meatballs, and cheese.

  “Wait.”

  “Yes, Cat?”

  She picks up a noodle. “Take the other end.” She puts one end in her mouth and Robbie does the same at the other end and then they meet in the middle and kiss. Cat takes a picture.

  “We did a good job, Cat.”

  “Wait. I have to take a picture of this food.” She takes a picture and posts it on TheSlap and then they continue eating. “We should’ve had this moment sooner. I'm sorry I was weird. I ruined the song the first time because I wanted to be blonde.”

  “That’s the old you. Now eat your spaghetti. It’s good for growing Italians like you.”

  “Robbie, you’re so weird and cute!”

  “Just like you!”

  They take another noodle and eat until they meet in the middle with a kiss.

  It’s another night. Tori and Jade are in Tori’s bed catching their breath.

  “That after-sex glow is really something, Jade.”

  “The music you chose makes me want to be softer with you, but it’s a nice intimate soft. It’s upbeat, but it’s not like the music that gets me in that other mood.”

  “I like both as long as it’s with you, Jade. Your music muffling my sounds makes it better for when your brother is home.”

  “What’s the difference between the feeling you get with my music versus yours?”

  “I guess when we’re in my bed, or beds, with my music it feels like I won and you’re my prize. But in here, with your music on, I feel like a prize. I feel appreciated.” She kisses Tori and then takes a picture of the two of them. “One thing I enjoy about this is the fact that I have you and I can make a bunch of boys jealous.” Jade takes another picture of them together. Tori does the same.

  “We’re not completely nude in these photos, so I feel comfortable posting.”

  “Yeah, this blanket blocks our boobs.” She starts to type. “You can’t have Tori! She’s mine! Stay sad and feel jealous boys! #Jori.”

  “Are you having fun imagining how many boys are crying because ‘Big Bad Jade West’ stole their chance?”

  “I am to a degree.”

  They kiss again.

  “It really does bother a lot of boys. They’ll see us kiss and get jealous. I see it from time to time. Not many girls are into me so you’re not going to get anything from them.”

  “This is the one time I’m glad boys find you cuter than me. It’s like I stole their opportunity. I should’ve just broken up with Beck and fuck you on your first day of school.”

  “You make nice impressions.” Tori rubs her face on Jade’s breasts.

  “This one girl says ‘I love the enemies-to-lovers troupe! I’m actually glad Tori and Jade are dating! Jade’s not mean anymore!’ Do you think we should give dating advice on TheSlap?”

  “Why do you ask?”

  “Cat and Robbie are doing it. It works because Cat’s a relatively beautiful, but dumb girl and Robbie’s nerdy and smart and he’s the puppet boy.”

  “You know, I’m pretty sure there are girls like Cat who think some weird and smart guy is cute and there are some boys like Robbie who are looking for some girl. Someone ditzy like Cat. Or a girl in general.”

  “You think someone loves Sinjin and Burf?” Tori laughs.

  “Gross.“

  “Sure. We can give advice later.”

  “You know, there are probably other girls like me in the school crushing on a sweet and innocent girl and just waiting to ruin their innocence.”

  “Yeah. A lot of couples formed from that play. Some straight, some lesbian, some gay. There are some girls from the school who ask me for advice to get girls like you.”

  “See what I mean? Since I dated you, some of the other girls like me have been asking for advice. When sweet and innocent girls like you give girls like me some level of sympathy, we’re gonna want to fuck girls like you.   They look at their phones.

  “Robbie made Cat spaghetti and posted the song lyrics he made for her!”

  “Looks like Beck is planning on doing something with your sister.”

  At the Vega house, Beck and Trina are in the kitchen.

  “Now this is definitely a chicken and not a turkey. I didn’t want to mess up like last time.”

  “No. I got it.” Beck comes from behind to help with the knife. Trina turns around. They look at each other and then slowly lean in until David and Holly open the door.

  “Beck, Trina.” They say

  “Hi, parents.”

  “Hello, Officer Vega. Hello, Mrs. Vega.”

  “Beck, I know I’m a cop, but did Trina abduct you?”

  “Trina, please put the knife down.”

  “Dad, Mom, We were cooking chicken.”

  “You’re choking chicken?” Holly asks.

  “Cooking, Mom!” Trina says.

  “Also, Mister is okay. I only did that with Jade because of what transpired that day. Is the chicken cooked well this time?”

  “Yes. We cooked it together. Trina and I.”

  David walks up to Beck. “Are you sure you’re okay?”

  “Positive.”

  David and Holly look at each other and then decide to go upstairs to their room.

  “I think we were going to cut this before my parents interrupted.”

  “Yeah.” Beck laughs. They finally cut it in half. Trina takes a picture.

  “Think of a caption, Beck.”

  “How about ‘Winner Winner Chicken Dinner’ for the caption?”

  “Okay.” She posts on TheSlap. “Please tell me it’s good.”

  “Try it yourself. We cooked it.” He puts a piece in his mouth. “It is good.”

  Trina tries it. She smiles. “Thanks for helping this time.”

  “Yeah.”

  They stare at each other.

  “We should continue eating.” The two say.

  Tori arrives home later that night.

  “I saw your post on TheSlap. Jade and I should’ve cooked something!”

  “You already got the one Jade gave you from Prome.”

  It’s now the night of the dance. Sinjin is on the top podium of the Asphalt Café.

  “Jade! Jade! Some girls thanked us for getting them together!” Tori points at a blonde with red bangs and tips and another girl brown hair with black streaks kissing.

  The girls see Tori and Jade and walk up to them.

  “Oh! You two were my play!” Mabel takes a picture of them kissing.

  “Thanks for the advice.” Charlotte says.

  “Right after we sat and watched The Scissoring in my room”

  Scarlet turns away.

  Sinjin taps microphone. “Hey! How’s everyone doing?”

  Everyone cheers.

  “Just get to the winners already!” Jade yells.

  “Well, as I was saying, How’s everyone doing?”

  “Everyone cheers.”

  “The winners!” Jade yells.

  “Well, we realized it wouldn’t be fair to crown a select few. With that being said, the people in charge of the competition decided that everyone wins! Go ahead and pick up your crowns near the snack and drink table!”

  “What?” Jade yells.

  “Jade, it’s okay.”

  “Yay!” Cat says. She kisses Robbie and they go get a crown.

  “Beck, come on! I need my crown!” Trina grabs Beck by the hand.

  Sinjin walks down and Jade confronts him.

  “Why? I need it more than them!”

  “I ask myself that question every night when I think about you girls.” He says.

  “Ew!” Tori says.

  “No. Why is there no main winner?” Jade asks.

  Tori puts one of the crowns on Jade’s head and gives her a kiss on the cheek. “It’s okay.”

  Beck and Trina walk back to them after picking up crowns.

  “We all won!” Cat says.

  “Thank you, Sinjin!” Trina says.

  “Kiss me.” He says.

  “Gross!” Trina says.

  “It should be Tori and me!”

  “Why does that matter? I mean, look at you all. You all are the main characters. It wouldn’t have been fair for everyone else. It’s not about you all the time, Jade. I bet some of these pictures were made just to make everyone jealous. In fact, you all posted more than everyone else. Maybe it’s time for other people to feel important. We don’t even know their names and they just shrug and mumble.” Sinjin walks away.

  “Did Sinjin just teach me another lesson?” Jade asks.

  Sinjin comes back. “Can I get a kiss as a reward?”

  “Leave!”

  Sinjin leaves.

  “Let’s just dance, Jade.”

  “But we made cute videos! You and I talked about what we love about each other! You fed me when I was cranky in that one video and I said sorry and you hugged me and kissed me! That was cute! We got a lot of comments about it! We should’ve won! We should’ve! It should’ve been us! We would’ve ruled the school!”

  “Come on. Let’s go. I’ll tell everyone to go on a group date at Nozu and Karaoke Dokie. Will that make you feel better?”

  Jade sighs. “Yeah.” She takes Tori’s hand.

  “I love you, Jade.”

  “I love you too, Tori.”

  “Still upset, Jade?”

  “Yes. Sinjin just taught us a valuable lesson. Gross!”

  “Queen Catarina, let’s dance!”

  “Okay, King Robert!” They start to dance.

  Trina and Beck stop dancing and sit down together.

  “This was fun. I wanted to beat Jade, but I realize how silly that sounded.” Beck says.

  “Fun enough for me to be your girlfriend?”

  “I don’t know. Let’s just continue having fun.” He extends his arm and they go dance.
