I would have to start by setting up a support system for my future self.
Because of how different reality is through different dimensions, it would be fair enough to consider the versions of myself that are progressively weaker as completely separate beings.
I understood the conditions of the quest, and I realized that I couldn't meddle to much with the entire universe, lest the conditions set by the creator not be completed.
The only way to insure a 100% success rate of completing the mission would be to lose all of my power.
Dying meant dying, and a slime meant a slime. I couldn't just empower the slime to a high level.
And I would not be able to die in the form I was in now.
Losing all layers of immortality would be required.
Now it was time to create the crucial support system. Retaining of knowledge would be crucial to regulating ones self.
Thus, I had the idea to create the Golden Library.
The golden library would serve as a database that would store across all reality.
It would span multiverses and dimensions, a monolith of knowledge.
Of course it would have to be destroyed eventually, but it would be useful for a long time. Any sort of strong tool, device, or location tied to me would have to be destroyed, lest it strengthen me in one way or another. One could not become weak enough to die to a level one green slime if one owned a trans-reality library that contained the knowledge of everything.
I wanted to take advantage of my omnipotence I had, so I instantly created it.
It appeared like a web. In third dimensional terms, it was like a 3 dimensional grid. It spanned vertically through dimensionality and sideways through alternate realities.
I wanted to experience what the inside would be like, so I split my being into separate instances through the entire library.
In the third dimension, it consisted of being a single small room.
As a choice in style, I had made it golden.
The room was small, being about the size of four phone booths fused together.

On each side of the room there were portals. There were portals to transfer between universes in the same dimensionality, and there were portals to change dimensionality and not universes.
Each instance of the room was in the specified dimensionality of the reality.
There was one constant in all of the rooms, access to the Librarian.
The librarian was the entity that I would trust with my knowledge. Where I would need to discard some of my intellect to descend in power, I could make a slight loophole in entrusting the knowledge to something else.
Most of all, I wanted to entrust it to something that I had created. The other highly powerful beings I didn't trust. Given my knowledge they would likely try to stop me from completing my goals. This was purely out of spite. Some of the other all powerful beings were extremely spiteful.
The librarian would be my lifeline as I descended in strength. In the future it would be a being that would transcend me in strength purely by using some of the strength that I held now.
The librarian consisted of three elements. The eye the mouth and the brain.
The eye was the broader concept. The eye is a superimposed level of reality superimposed on all the rest of reality. Through the eye, the librarian would have access to all of reality in a visual format, understanding and seeing all. They would be able to monitor all and thus be able to provide me with information. Even after transcending all, the idea of "Information is power" is still relevant.
It would be increasingly relevant as I would become weaker.
The mouth would be how I would communicate with the Librarian.
It wasn't required, but I put an avatar in each room to represent the mouth of the Librarian.
In the third dimension, It was that of a human form. An androgynous person with long, white hair. Their outfit consisted of a sweeping black cloak and some glasses. Their skin was tan and showed some age, not quite being old but not young.
The mouth would be able to convey the information given. Whether this be through an oral means, written means, or any form of communication, the mouth in each instance of the library would have the tools needed to convey the information of the reality designated to that room.
The mouth's shared all information, but they would typically be used for the information in that reality.
There was a need for the many rooms as if there was one for all, it would become impossible to access one I became to weak.
The brain was the most crucial part. Being able to see all and convey all was useful, but being able to process the information was the most important thing. The brain was the true gift I would bestow the Librarian, it being the most directly linked to my infinite knowledge.
The brain was less of a physical object like the other two elements, but was more of an innate property.
The main restriction for the Librarian was I didn't give them the ability to interact in any meaningful way outside the rooms. This would limit their power enough so that it wouldn't impede with my journey to weakness.
The library was complete now. It would prove to be invaluable in the journey to becoming weak.
Rather than a crutch that I would have to be carried by through my journey, I saw it as merely an extension of my abilities. There would still be much struggle. While I became weaker, my capacity to understand the Librarian would weaken, and much of the information that would be useful in higher levels of strength would prove useless.
Now that my support system was set, It would be time to step down from infinity. In order to do so, I would have to interact with THEM.
