'After the war, the city of Bali was devastated, with only a few survivors. Although the city somehow managed to survive the war, that ultimately led to its destruction. Despite its defenses, the city was sacked and burned to the ground in the process of defending itself. The once-proud "City of Bali" lay in ruins, its buildings and streets reduced to rubble and ash. The blackened remains of swords and other weapons can still be found scattered among the ruins, giving the viewers a reminder of the city's heroic stand against the invaders. Although victorious, the city was left with only a few survivors, which were nowhere enough to rebuild the city.
To quickly stabilize and rebuild the city, King Vladimir appointed Dickon as the lord of Bali and the newly occupied surrounding villages. To encourage migration to the territory of a new lord, free accommodation and a 2-year tax exemption for the fief of Dickon were declared. With the dream of owning a house, generous tax exemption, and the heroic stories of the lord spreading throughout the kingdom, a large number of homeless peasants flowed to the east. Bali welcomed everyone with open arms, boosting its population and workforce significantly. In just a few months, the city was starting to take shape again. With the able leadership of the sword saint, overenthusiastic and excited support from the masses, and a complete monopoly over the mountain pass, Bali started to develop. After 2 years of peace and stability, Bali has grown into a large city, housing more than 15 thousand people.'
Bira walked out of the lord's palace and into the busy streets of Bali, reminiscing on the past. The city of Bali which has expanded exponentially in the last two years. From a small mountain fort to a large castle town towering over the mountain, the city's growth filled him with pride. He was there when the city was burning, and he was also there when the city rose from the ashes and reached the sky. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Bali was reborn and grew into the magnificent city of swords, and so did the inhabitants of this city. Bira has poured his blood and sweat to protect this city. So the now-crowded and lively streets of Bali filled his heart with satisfaction no matter how many times he saw it. He was not alone as the city was almost burned to ashes, and the new city was built from scratch by the hands of its new inhabitants. Each stone was placed by their very own hands, creating an intimate relationship with the city and among themselves. Thus, the city of Bali became the home of these homeless citizens, making them one family. This city was what they themselves built, thus, they will do whatever was necessary for its safety and prosperity.

"Good afternoon, Sir."
"Have a good day, Sir."
"Sir, Good day."
"Sir"
Being an original citizen and one of the surviving heroes of the war, Bira was well-known and well respected, resulting in many people merrily greeting him from time to time. He smiled back at them in response and passed through the crowded streets of Bali, soon arriving at the barracks. The Barracks were situated near the eastern wall of the city, away from the residential area. A grand hall was built adjacent to it for training purposes. Noticing Bira's arrival, a guard standing at the gates of the training hall came running to him and saluted. Bira nodded and ordered,
"Call the commanders of the 5th and 7th centuria."
