On the trail of an intergalactic band of thieves, Galamatias Special Police Officer Firhani and his partner come to Earth and recruit local talent to help them track down this band of brigands. Armed with the ability to morph into two different Rangers, the Rangers hide their identities as law enforcement officers and continue to bring the criminals to justice.
