Space Patrol Delta has finally perfected its technology and can now employ Power Rangers in its new high-tech facility in New Tech City. The inaugural graduating class is comprised of an elite ex-soldier, and several veteran Power Rangers from the past. Earth and beyond has new protectors. They are the Delta Prime Power Rangers.

  As New tech City becomes a haven for alien immigrants and refugees, the organization must expand, and two new team members are added to the team from the second graduating class. However, tragedy strikes, and they lose one of their own. The Prime Rangers are shuffled around, and a new member joins their team from the third graduating class.

  Commander Doggy Kruger heads the organization and continues to build upon its legacy, hoping that SPD will last and protect the galaxy for years to come.
