As you suspected, there have been containment failures at Location A. 10 assets have been affected. 7 of these were recovered by the embassy shortly after making planetfall. Current identities, location and status of the 7 are unknown. It is extremely likely the remaining 2 missing assets are KT & VVD.

The last containment failure caused power fluctuations at Location A. Permitted on-location investigations reveal enough deterioration for repairs to be a realistic request. The Ambassador is optimistic we will be able to gain access soon.

The Ambassador has given me carte blanche to deal with the latest containment failure and enough intelligence to make an early apprehension possible. If all goes to plan I should pick up VVD en route which will leave only KT at liberty. That is the good news.

The bad news is that it is likely the latest containment failure is BH who is obviously a known associate of both VVD and KT. This makes it extremely likely Location A has been compromised and total containment failure could be a future possibility. It also lends credence to the wilder speculation from Forward Planning about the rise of the Theocracy having something to do with KT escaping from Location A.

There remain no new leads on KT or either of the possible AI Minds. Further investigative resources independent of the Embassy are requested ASAP.

I have serious concerns about the competence and loyalty of the commander and crew of this airship. Given they are the only Corporation assets with the skills to run this unique vessel I suggest re-education and rejuvenation of key personnel are required if we are to maintain a reliable presence on the surface long term.

Locate BH and take him into custody. Extreme caution should be used when dealing with both BH & VVD. Whatever you do, do not allow them to find out about each other’s existence. I recommend that all other non-corporation assets be disposed of with extreme prejudice. You are to achieve your mission goals as discreetly as possible as other Corporations are conducting operations on planet, and I hardly need to mention this is Jeckon Intelligence’s home ground.

Your comments about the lack of cooperation have been noted. The benefits we get from the airship would not make Rejuvenation cost-effective. Permission has been granted to send the crew for re-education at their own expense. Also, consider sourcing new crew members from suitably motivated natives.
