Chapter 54: Baron Stomach

Three days had passed since their unexpected encounter with the Red-Haired Pirates.

At this moment, the Nautilus had crossed three sea routes and was now sailing near the Calm Belt.

Suddenly, Noah, who was holding a pen, paused. "Vepa, surface and adjust course. Head northeast."

"Yes, Lord Noah," Vepa responded promptly.

In no time, the Nautilus surfaced and turned its bow northeast, swiftly picking up speed in the new direction.

Noah gave another command: "Ari, get ready for battle."

  "Got it."

An hour ter, the Nautilus arrived near a cluster of isnds.

Standing on the deck, Noah scanned the surroundings, a trace of surprise fshing across his face. "Well, that was easier than expected. Who would have thought we'd come across more than a dozen Baron Stomachs here?"

Ari, staying alert, called out, "Noah, there’s something approaching in the water."

"Just a small Fish-Man," Noah replied calmly.

In an instant, Noah pced both hands on the surface of the sea, causing the surrounding water to rise into the air.

Within the rising water, a Fish-Man could be seen, wearing sungsses and wielding a spiked fil. His body was already covered in Armament Haki as he swam quickly toward the Nautilus.

Meanwhile, in the depths of one of the "isnds," a small dwarf-like figure wearing a Viking horned helmet was watching the water rise through a Den Den Mushi monitor. His expression shifted dramatically. "Is that the Float-Float Fruit? But that guy doesn’t look like Golden Lion Shiki..."

"Bin Jack, vice-captain of the Ward Pirates?"

“Who?” Before Bin Jack could react, Ari leaped through a wormhole, and with a single punch, knocked him unconscious.

With Bin Jack, the brains of the operation, incapacitated, the other two members of the Golosseadi were unaware of what was happening outside.

As for Sebastian, the Fish-Man fighting Noah, despite his formidable strength and mastery of Fish-Man Karate and Jujutsu, he had unfortunately encountered Noah.

Just as Sebastian burst out of the water, a rge cloud of iron sand swarmed him, wrapping him tightly like a cocoon.

No matter how much he struggled or used his Fish-Man Karate and Armament Haki, he was no match for the fine iron sand that infiltrated every crack and pore of his defense.

The Float-Float Fruit's power, when used to overwhelm weaker opponents, was on par with Logia Fruits. Anyone below the level of a Vice Admiral stood little chance against Noah.

Sebastian’s strength was on par with an average Marine rear admiral, but his years of accumuted injuries and blindness further weakened him. His current power could barely compete with that of a Marine vice admiral.

Noah, however, didn’t kill him immediately. He intended to interrogate Sebastian for information on the training methods of Fish-Man Karate and Jujutsu.

  Elsewhere.

Law and Joshua, whom Noah had temporarily called upon, also found their respective targets aboard the Golosseadi.

Law faced the Ward Pirates' doctor, Naitchin.

Joshua took on their fighter, Geirahm.

  Inside the Golosseadi's medical room.

Naitchin, who had temporarily restored her body to a younger state through medication, gred at the young man before her, her expression dark.

"Ope-Ope Fruit! You’re one lucky kid! But I’m not interested in pying games with you. Herbal Fist: Monkshood Piercing Heart!"

"You’ve already lost," Law said coldly as he sheathed his sword.

"What?!" Naitchin, enraged, tried to retort, but a moment ter, her voice caught in her throat. "Ugh...!"

Her body convulsed as she colpsed to her knees, gagging violently.

An invisible ultrasonic wave, vibrating at a special frequency, had caused a resonance within Naitchin’s body, triggering all the residual poison and injuries inside her to erupt at once. Even her Armament Haki couldn’t suppress the sudden backsh.

This was a new technique Law had developed under Noah’s guidance for the Ope-Ope Fruit.

No matter how powerful a living being was, their body always carried weak points—hidden injuries, toxins, or imperfections. Unless one wasn’t made of carbon, these weaknesses were impossible to completely avoid.

"Tell me your medical knowledge and the formu for that rejuvenating drug, and I’ll give you a quick death," Law said, his voice cold and emotionless.

Naitchin, her body dissected into pieces by the Ope-Ope Fruit, smiled bitterly. "So this is the tide of the times? We really aren’t meant to keep sailing…"

Resigned, Naitchin revealed her medical knowledge and the formu for the rejuvenating drug known as Withered Wood Rebirth.

Mary, who had been hiding nearby in an invisibility field, stepped forward and nodded to Law. "She’s telling the truth."

Naitchin was shocked to realize someone had been watching her the whole time.

Law showed no mercy. He crushed her heart with a simple motion, ending her life swiftly. As a pirate, Naitchin had already accepted the risks. Law had no intention of sparing any pirate he encountered.

  ...

On the other side, Joshua and Geirahm were locked in a fierce battle.

Geirahm had developed his Cube-Cube Fruit abilities quite well, using them to fight with skill and precision.

However, the overwhelming power of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit was too much for the Cube-Cube Fruit to handle.

Amidst the ruins of colpsed cubes, Geirahm, panting heavily, stared at the young man before him. “Damn… the Rumble-Rumble Fruit really lives up to its reputation as one of the strongest Logia types.”

Joshua didn’t waste any words. “You’re the past. Time to leave the stage.”

  'Wireless Transmission—Million Volts!'

Unbeknownst to Geirahm, his body had already been partially magnetized by Joshua during their fight. A massive current surged through him.

  Sizzle…

“Argh…!” Geirahm’s body crackled with electric arcs and blue smoke before his eyes rolled back, and he colpsed, unconscious.

  “Target secured.”

Back on the Nautilus, Noah monitored the situation aboard the Golosseadi and the surrounding area. Once he confirmed that his team had neutralized all the enemies, he instructed Vepa to bring the Nautilus ashore.

The Golosseadi was a massive ship, around five or six hundred meters in diameter, with its surface camoufged by thick yers of trees. It resembled an isnd ship, simir to Gecko Moria's Thriller Bark.

Soon, the Noah Family took control of the Golosseadi and renamed it The World.

Bin Jack and the giant Fish-Man, Sebastian, were handed over to Mary for interrogation, while Geirahm, the Cube-Cube Fruit user, was turned into one of Noah’s Card Apostles.

  [Justice: Geirahm (Cube-Cube Fruit)]

The reason the Cube-Cube Fruit fit so well with the Justice card in the Major Arcana was due to its association with rigid geometry, symbolizing order and structure, which aligned with the principles of justice.

After dealing with the Ward Pirates’ legacy, Noah turned his attention to the Baron Stomachs floating nearby.

The so-called Baron Stomach, also known as Stomach Baron, was a massive carnivorous pnt, its size comparable to that of a small isnd.

The most famous Baron Stomach species were found on Sonic Boom Isnd.

However, that didn’t mean Baron Stomachs only grew on Sonic Boom Isnd. In fact, they could be found in various regions of the Grand Line.

This particur group of Baron Stomachs clearly wasn’t from Sonic Boom Isnd, since that isnd was home to a man named Hercules, and there was no sign of human life here.

It seemed the Ward Pirates had come here to harvest ingredients from the Baron Stomachs.
