The Nine Expressions of Power over conceptual energy. While other magical entities can use it to direct their training, it was indeed designed originally for Soul Borgs. At the center is the "Potency" which is the concept the users Conceptual Energy has obtained the properties of. Conceptual Energy can take the properties of anything: whether it be a noun, verb, an aspect of physics, or something found in nature. There are three levels of control over a Potency, based on how many of the Nine Expressions one can use for it.

  In the corners are the four mathematical symbols representing the property shifts. going from top left and moving clockwise, they are Property Enhancement, Property Reduction, Property Addition, and Property Severance respectively.

  The nine symbols inside can be arranged in any order, however as pictured starting from the muscle on the far left they are: 1) Stimulation 2) Over Writing 3) Projection 4) Blasting 5) Shaping 6) Channeling 7) Enchanting 8) Itemization and 9) Disruption.
