Jackal makes a pact with Mephisto. Mephisto will resurrect the clones of Spider but this clones must kill everyone that Peter Parker holds dear. Spidercide is resurrected. Jackal provides the cloned bodies on a clone factory And Mephisto brings back thev souls from hell to possess those bodies. Mephisto simply transfer their consciousness to the cloned bodies. So Jackal sees that Peter Parker has a spiderteam, so Jackal has his SpiderClones: Spidercide, Kaine, Spikeder, DemonSpider, Aracknophobia, and invisible spider (female). But Peter has his team also: Miles, Mayday, SpiderGwen, Scarlet Spider, SpiderNinja, Water Spider, Silver Spider and SpeedSpider. They fight against the Spiderclones and destroy Jackals clone factory. Mephisto wanted bodies so he could take all the souls in hell and bring them to Earth to rule Earth, Jackal provides the bodies and his clones kills the rest of humanity. But Peter Parker's spiderteam messup their plans. Mephisto is furious at Jackal and takes him and the Spider Clones back to hell.
