Asakura P.O.V

  Gunshots echo throughout the streets as I was in my st pouch since I don't want to use the remaining magnum rounds that were in storage, and I probably need to buy new magazines since most of them are somewhere in the streets or inside the tower.

  I remove my waist belt and put it inside my dimensional bracelet after killing the st pride who wants to duke it out on me. I manage to reach the entrance of the tower and see Freddie is taking care of the people who are injured.

  “Those demons suddenly appear and ambush us at the entrance of the tower.” Freddie said it while he takes care of the injuries of a person.

  “Do you have some guys to keep an eye on these people?” I ask him after I approach him.

  He said that he called for backup, and I said that I’ll wait before I go to another location. After waiting for 30 minutes, 7 people with a team of medic came in and I said my goodbye so that I could go to another location and snipe some demons from a far with my tempest. As I use my orb of movement to reach a rooftop water tank, I see a particur blue female demon in a business suit that is talking to a person, this female demon is none other than Victoria the mother of Verdun.

  I looked the other way to look for some target and found that a new portal just emerged, and I saw a lot of four legged abominations, the size of a car and causing chaos in front of them. Most people manage to escape but it is fast on its feet and manages to bite off some people’s leg. Some of them were happy that they managed to eat those people while screaming for help.

  “May those people rest in peace.” I thought while I conjured a pair of red point arrows on my left hand and tempest on my right hand.

  I rain down arrows that explode and after 10 minutes of doing it, the area is clear, but the portal is still open. I was going to destroy it, but Victoria and a group of people came near the portal. I manage to see Victoria spot me and she gives me a nod probably helping them. I give a nod and look the other way, I see a lone wolf that looks like a hybrid between a wolf and a wyvern that is fighting its fellow wolves. The injured wolf ran away towards the rooftop water tank but was injured while its fellow wolf did not chase the wolf.

  “I still have some red potion to give towards that wolf and a potential pet.” I thought while I used my orb of movement to teleport down.

  After teleporting down to the street, the injured wolf stopped and was afraid due to its injury. It barks at me, but I remove my bacva, and I show no intent of attacking. I approach it slowly as it shakes its legs and probably tries to escape but its injuries won't let the wolf escape.

  “Don’t worry, I won’t hurt you.” As the wolf stayed in its position accepting its fate, I gently patted its head to signal the wolf that I meant no harm.

  It only takes a couple of minutes for the wolf to calm down and I use my dimensional bracelet to get some potion in order to pour it towards its injuries. I pour the red potion slowly as I let its magic do its job.

  After that, the wolf seemed happy for me to heal its wounds, and it let me pat its head more. I signal it to come with me and it seems happy to obey my commands but before that I need a name for my pet.

  “Want me to give you a name?” I ask the wolf hybrid.

  It barks at me happily.

  “How about miles?” I ask the wolf.

  It shakes its head telling me that’s a no-go name.

  “How about delta?” I ask.

  The wolf nodded its head telling me that’s an okay name.

  “Delta it is.” I give the wolf a nod.

  Before the two of us went to another pce to help, the pack of wolves that was fighting my pet suddenly saw the two of us. I summon raging fury and the bdes of nullification after I de-summon tempest. The pack ran towards us, but I used the movement called judgment cut to thin the herds while Delta cast a fireball when a magic circle appeared in front of his open mouth. I let my bdes of nullification let loose towards the pack. More of them come but it's no big deal towards the both of us as I zip around the battlefield and cut them in half with my raging fury, Delta makes sure of himself that he goes for hit and run tactics with his cw and fireball. The fight only sts for 30 minutes, and I see Delta go for a corpse. I try to stop him, but I see he eats the magic stone inside the corpse.

  I pat his head and touch his scales on his back while he happily digests the magic stone.

  As I picked some magic stones inside of the other corpses, Delta went to another corpse to eat the magic stones inside the corpses. I manage to retrieve ten magic stones while Delta manages to eat seven of them. I see Freddie and Victoria approaching us.

  Delta was getting ready to attack them, but I patted his head giving him a signal that do not attack these people.

  “Somebody got a pet, and it is a very interesting one.” Freddie was amused while I patted delta’s head.

  The demon woman did a fake cough to get our attention.

  “I would like to give my thanks for handling those monsters that went outside of the portal.” The demon woman said it while I shook her hand.

  “Got a name?” I ask even if I know her.

  “My name is Victoria.” Victoria introduces herself.

  I asked them why they were here, and Victoria said that those people who know about this tower need to sign a document that they will not talk about this after the incident. She also said that they will pay me for this after the incident.

  I look at Freddie who gives me a nod and I look back to Victoria.

  “We are just preventing it for the people of earth to know this incident.” Victoria summons a geas scroll and a document.

  “If this will get those government officials away from me then it's all good.” I sign the geas scroll with my blood and use a pen to sign the document.

  Both of them did the same thing and Victoria gave me a briefcase full of 200k dolrs. Freddie also said that he already deducted the 50k from it as a handler fee. Before me and Delta went on our way, I told both of them that the person who has a bacva has a hybrid wolf pet is friendly since this is not the time to fight others due to misunderstanding and put the briefcase on my dimensional bracelet. I tell Delta to follow me since I prefer getting on the rooftop to get an advantageous look of the surroundings. As both of us on the rooftop, I summon Reckoning after I de-summon raging fury since I want to try the max range of my pistol.

  I saw a bunch of orcs that had green skin and red eyes and were trying to demolish the building around them.

  I pick them off one by one but some of them notice me and try to climb up the building. Delta was ready to protect me, but I summoned my bdes of nullification after using all 25 shots of my reckoning. Some of them manage to reach the rooftop but I use the magic spell called gush to make them fall off the building. I chuckled mentally when they fell off the building, they did try again but I summoned wind’s edge on my left hand and used chain lighting to zap some orcs.

  I let Delta have his fun while I fight some orcs on the other rooftop by jumping on the other rooftop. I use the magic spell called firebolt into an orc while in the air and use the magic spell called ignite towards the other orc who were running towards me. Our fight sted for two hours since I kicked the hornet’s nest and all of them were climbing up to the rooftop of where I am or Delta. I have to thank my magic spell gush since the orcs try to overwhelm me in a limited space.

  “Now, I have to extract the magic stone.” I muttered.

  I looked on the other rooftop and delta was having a feast for himself after I extracted those magic stones on the corpses.

  “Only manage to get at least seven magic stones since most of the corpses are in the street. Probably I overused the magic spell gush after I gave them a ssh from my wind’s edge.” I muttered.

  After putting those magic stones in my dimensional bracelet, I called Delta and summoned Tempest to look around and now six bck SUVs came in and people got outside of the SUV.

  “Must be those mystic rangers I heard.” I thought.

  I look up and see morning has come, I look towards the tower with my tempest on my right hand. I see Dante coming out of the tower while he gives back the kalina ann to Lady. Both of them help each other to kill the remaining demons.

  “I guess this is it.” I thought.

  I tell Delta to follow me closely since I don’t know if those people will harm Delta or not but as I move away from the location of the tower, they did not do anything or give Delta a signal that will harm him. I use my dimensional bracelet to get my phone and call Freddie since I am now leaving this pce.

  The conversation sted for an hour, and I put back my phone to my dimensional bracelet and summoned my 1983 Honda CR125. Before the both of us leave, the ground shakes and I turn around to see the tower go down and probably go into the underworld.

  Satisfied, I start my Honda CR125 to go back to my house and tell Delta to follow.

  Victoria P.O.V

  After talking to some officials and especially those people who were helping in dealing with the mess that happens. The tower went back to the underworld as it left a big crater in Redgrave city.

  “What a mess.” I muttered.

  I went to my phone and saw a text message that more people will come to deal with the aftermath and after that, reconstruction of Redgrave city is a go.

  “Might as well go down to help those people.” I thought before I jumped down to the street.

  As I nd to the ground, more demons appear.

  “I’ll make quick work of this. As I said it to myself while summoning Sange on my right hand.

  A bunch of hell pride and abyss making their stand, but Victoria is fast enough that the demons don’t know what ssh them. It only took a couple of minutes for her to finish the fight and a man in a business suit came near her. The man told her to follow him since the mayor came to the city and asked about the situation in this city before the reconstruction began.

  Asakura P.O.V

  I had to stop midway since I wanted Delta to rest for a while. When both of us reached my cabin in the middle of the forest, I let Delta inside of my cabin and he rested on a sofa chair. I went to my workshop shack, and I saw a note and a bck and gold lever action shotgun. I read the note before inspecting the lever action shotgun.

  Dear Asakura,

  If you're wondering if me or R.O.B has a hand in this then let’s just say that the barrier or veil between other worlds are getting thin at a rapid pace and I am sure I already told you before you got sent there. I got a gift for you for helping those people. Here is the list of the power of that level action shotgun:

  (*) It can conjure mana infused buckshot shells when you use it.

  (*) You have to cock the lever before firing again.

  (*) You cannot infuse your elemental on this lever action shotgun.

  (*) when you touch it, a gold-colored magic circle will appear on your right hand and the gun will be soul bounded.

  (*) You won’t be able to use any type of shotgun, but you can use normal buckshot shells in the lever action shotgun.

  (*) This lever action shotgun is most effective when dealing with spirit type enemies.

  I also notice the potions that I brew and forget to bring but am going to get a shower and call it a day.
