  (*) Its a combination of east and west from the cold war and ter on it will be the first country will adapt a magitech that is based on erebonia and calvard from kiseki series.

  (*) Its military's arsenal is based on the soviet but modernized with some equipment that came from the US, it got some blueprint due to buying it or espionage.

  (*) Later on its military tech will adapt magitech since Qoskoucia federation already has a mana generator, they just need to wait.

  (*) The government assign some magus family to research of implementation of magitech technology for the country and its citizen.

  (*) These magus are family are alchemy and use of jewel magecraft.
