Let's work a little on the runic system. Today, I want to focus on the 'sounds'. I am using something I learned in my childhood. This is a bit nostalgic...

When I was around 12 years old. I memorized a list of sounds for a weird reason (preparation for this very moment, I suppose) It goes something like this:

The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

  1.) Ah

  2.) Ba

  3.) Ga

  4.) Da

  5.) Ha

  6.) Wa

  7.) Za

  8.) Ka

  9.) Ta

  10.) Ya

  11.) Ka

  12.) La

  13.) Ma

  14.) Na

  15.) Sa

  16.) Eye

  17.) Pa

  18.) Taza

  19.) Qua

  20.) Ra

  21.) Sha

  22.) Tha

Keep in mind. This is just the 'order' of the sounds. While English has 26 letters in the alphabet and more sounds then that. I'm thinking that our runic system will only have these sounds.

I'm thinking of taking the approach of the Japanese language.

  You have hiragana and katakana.

  Sounds like 'a', 'i', 'u', 'e', o'.

Just like how our visualization technique is a 50x50 grid.

In a sense. Hiragana can be seen as a 'grid' too.

You work your way from the right side.

  --:ゑ:れ:--:め:へ:ね:て:せ:け:え:E

  --:を:ろ:よ:も:ほ:の:と:そ:こ:お:O

  N:W:R:Y:M:H:N:T:S:K:0

Although it is basically a 5x11 grid. In this 'grid', some don't exist. So it is only 48 in total.

Japanese writing system is hiragana, katakana, and kanji...

I think we should develop in this way as well. We will have the 22 core 'sounds'. These should be relatively simple runes. Sort of like an alphabet.

We can then have more complicated runes, instead of having a single system. We will have two! The first system will be quite simple strokes. While the second system will be more complicated.
