Let you go home and read for a few more years
Qian Yu Xian stood beside Zuo Ming Yue, facing the astonished gazes of everyone on stage. She naturally knew what they were thinking in their hearts. Qian Yu Xian slightly curled up her rose-like red lips and said, "Ling Hun, can you?"
"I'll do my best." The voice of the soul was filled with determination, and Qian Yu Xian also looked at Zuo Ming Yue in front of her with full confidence.
Are you comparing intelligence? Even if three of you came, I would still make you go home and read a few more years of books!
Zuǒ Míng Yuè didn't see Qiān Yǔ Xiān's anxious look for a moment, her heart was filled with unwillingness, but on the surface she still didn't show it, maintaining the elegant demeanor of a young lady, looking at Qiān Yǔ Xiān:
"I wonder if Feather Immortal can compose poetry? My three questions are all focused on composing poetry, the first one is, how to compose a poem for a friend?"
"Friend......" Ling Yue's words had just fallen when her soul began to ponder.
Qian Yu Xian's red lips curled up at the corners as she smiled even more brightly. "Don't even think about it, I know this one."
Zuo Mingyue looked at Qianyu Xian's appearance and slightly furrowed her brow. Had she already made up her mind? So soon?
"Thousand-petaled rose-like red lips lightly open: 'Green hills stretch across the northern suburbs, white water surrounds the eastern city. This place is one of farewell, a lone traveler embarks on a journey of ten thousand miles.'"
Carefree wanderer's thoughts are like floating clouds, while the feelings of old friends are like the setting sun. With a wave of the hand, I bid farewell and leave, as the sound of horse hooves echoes in the distance.
(The copyright of this poem belongs to its original author Li Bai.)
Nangong Ou couldn't help but applaud and shout "Good poem! Good poem!" as he listened to the poem spoken by Qianyu Xian.
Qianyu Xian nodded at Nangong Yu, then her bright and watery eyes turned back to Zuo Mingyue's unpleasant face. Luckily, I spoke later than you by who knows how many years, and I know Li Bai, the Poetic Immortal.
Another one, this poem is really well-written. The soul also praised.
Qian Yu Xian said helplessly, "Sorry, this wasn't written by me, it's Li Bai's poem. You wouldn't know, only our world knows that I just copied one of his many poems about friendship."
So it was. The soul is now at peace.
Zuo Mingyue looked at Qianyu Xian with an unpleasant expression, her heart filled with resentment, but on the surface, she made an effort to maintain a smile, keeping up the demeanor of a noble lady. Her lips curled up in a fake smile as she gazed at Qianyu Xian:
Yu Xian really composed a good poem, next topic! Compose a poem with bright moon.
Zuo Mingyue reluctantly continued with poetry as the topic.
Her rosy lips curved upwards in a smile, her heart secretly delighted, it's great, I've definitely won!
"Thinking of the thousand feathers, the red lips lightly opened. The bright moonlight in front of the bed, I suspect it is frost on the ground. Raising my head to gaze at the bright moon, lowering my head to think of my hometown."
Listening to Qian Yu Xian's poem, Nan Gong Yi couldn't help but applaud again, "Good poem!" Then he looked at Zuo Ming Yue, who was standing beside Qian Yu Xian with a difficult expression, "Ming Yue, it seems that you have met your match today. Who would have thought that Yu Xian had such poetic talent? It looks like you'll have a hard time keeping the title of Tian Qi Country's most talented woman today, be careful."
Zuo Mingyue gritted her teeth and stared at Qianyu Xian, her eyes filled with resentment and jealousy. "Must!" She took a deep breath and forced a smile, having learned from past experiences not to make poetry the topic of conversation:
"Do you know about Xiaolongbao? Please tell me its origin!"
Her crimson lips, like a thousand-petaled rose, froze in a smile at the corner of her mouth. She appealed to her soul, "Soul, do you know what 'gluttony' is? I've never heard of it!"
"Uh-huh." The voice of the soul echoed in Qianyu Xian's mind, "Legend has it that the Yellow Emperor Xuanyuan fought against Chiyou, and Chiyou was beheaded. His head fell to the ground and transformed into a Taotie. Later, the Taotie became a totem, carved on various ritual vessels. It is said: 'The Zhou tripod has a Taotie, with a head but no body, eating people without swallowing, harming its own body, speaking of revenge.' During the Shang and Zhou dynasties, the Taotie was often carved on tripods and other ritual vessels, with a fierce head, piercing eyes, and a prominent nose; its forehead had a pair of curved horns or legs, which were curved in no fixed direction, either inward like sheep's horns or outward like cattle's horns. Its huge mouth was wide open, with sharp teeth like saws, and its mouth was slightly curved inward or locked tight. It was depicted as sitting upright, with its body arched, head on the ground or amidst clouds and mist, with a pair of sharp claws on either side, resembling dog paws or tiger paws. On both sides were a pair of fleshy wings, shaped like ears..."
Due to the gluttony, later generations referred to greedy people as "Táo Tuò". The "Zuo Zhuan·Wen Gong Shi Ba Nian" says: "The Jī Yún family had an untalented son who was greedy for food and drink, and presumptuous in his dealings. Heaven and earth called him Táo Tuò." Qian Yu Xian recited the words of the soul without missing a single word.
Qian Yu Xian looked at Zuo Xiao's ugly face and said, "I'll let you go home and read a few more years of books."
