The Noble lady and the Instructor – Classmate Isekai Side Story 1 – Chapter 6

After dressing up I follow the instructor to the library along with Hikari(Alma).

I took a seat at a table in the library, and the instructor handed me a book.

"Open it to the 1st page; I am going to teach you about noble ethics and commands coming from our god, the almighty Faite. Now we shall begin with the fundamentals of noble life." – That sounds boring already.

"Sounds boring," – I whispered to myself, noble society and all of its issues and intricacies.

"We will begin with the first lesson."

This is all so boring; he spoke for hours on end about how nobles behave and how and dy like me should behave around others. It's honestly nothing interesting, just the basic thing you would expect from a css-based society where the css takes president over basic human decency.

"Shut up, you old geezer!" - I am sick of this; now he is speaking about commoners and servants and how they are beneath us. I can see Hikari getting uncomfortable.

"What did you call me, young Lady?" - The instructor frowned and replied in a stern voice.

"I said shut the fuck up. All of the ideas you are saying are all wrong and backward. I can fathom what pompous fool will believe and act by them." - I rose from my seat and stood face to face with the instructor.

"Well, in that case, you must do that anyway; your family honor is on the line; only a commoner thinks that way. Truly shameful for a noble." – I still looked him dead in the eyes, not moving.

"I refuse." - I replied as cold as I could.

"Then, I have full permission to discipline you." – He reached into his pocket, making a big mistake. I waited a bit to see what he would pull, and he pulled out an extendable rod; well, another big mistake: he was very close to me. I lunged forward and grabbed him by his neck, pinning him to the ground with a hand on his neck.

"Pull that shit again with me, and it won't end well for you; either teach me something useful like battle strategies and what skills are, or get lost" – I loosened my grip, I was furious, not because of the rod, but because he insulted commoners and that includes Hikari, during the lesson he gazed at her multiple times with disgust, that made me mad in the first pce, now my emotions are all over.

"What a brute, and to think you are a girl," – He said while coughing.

"Either teach me something useful or get lost" – I continued to read the book while ignoring him; the book teaches the same bullcrap as he does, so I don't see the need for an instructor.

"Fine, young dy, if you want it that way," – He said while gritting his teeth.

"Don't try anything funny" – I gazed from my book to him.

"To begin with your question about skills. Skills are intrinsic parts of the soul; they reside in the soul and can be acquired through training. If we are talking about spells, combining other skills, or having them from birth, one person can acquire many skills throughout their lifetime. That's it for skills, as for combat, you will need another teacher, I am only good for etiqute. Honestly, for a young dy, you behave like a brute." – Well, not like I care.

"Get lost," – I said before continuing to read the book, so he did leave, but that had a consequence. He told everything to my dad, and you can guess what happened.

"Attacking the instructor!? Are you insane?" - He shouted at the top of his lungs.

"Well, he insulted my maids multiple times and made fun of commoners and other things reted; if you think that's fit for a noble, you are dead wrong; our birth as nobles might just be pure coincidence, but that doesn't give the right to belittle others" – I retorted with a full expnation of what happened.

"Still, our reputation will tank if you do that. I can't believe it; it's like something changed in you so drastically after that thunder has stricken you." – He is not wrong; I am Leona, not Fatima Iris; I was reincarnated in her body.

"It doesn't matter to me, I will take another path than the one you want me to. Just call me an instructor for battle or something reted to it. I already know enough manners" – I used to be talked down to by generals in the army; my dad's scolding is nothing.

"Fine, but don't mess it up." – He folds easily at times, but at this point, he has nothing to do.

He left the library, and I was left with Hikari; she was blushing for some odd reason.

"You ok?" - I turned to look at her, only for Hikari to wrap her right arm around me.

"Yeah, I didn't expect you to be that violent; I am used to the obedient you in the military." - She let out a small chuckle.

"Well, I don't really have to be obedient here unless I am doing battle training. I never really got to see what my skills can do." – She stared at me for a bit and then inches closer to me.

"I can teach you about skills; you should know what your skills are since you are reincarnated here; the Great Voice should have told you your skills."

"Well, I have some resistance and enhancement skills, but the three skills that struck me as peculiar were Shadow Tendril, Shadow Hand, and a Primordial skill named Gods of War Lumia." – Hikari looked at me for a few seconds, just staring at me, without saying anything.

"Well, damn, you have more powerful skill than I do. I know what the shadow magic skills do, but not the primordial skill. Let's go outside." – Hikari grabbed my hand and dragged me outside.

I wonder how the whole thing with skills will go? I want to be at least able to defend myself.

Whatever may happen in the future, I just want to be near Hikari; I want her to come with me if I ever decide to leave this city. Well, I know what city we are in. I never mentioned it before, but the name of the city is Welcia, the capital of the Welcia kingdom.
